Job Description – CNC Cutting Operator (PU Foam)

CTC: ₹4 LPA • Experience: 2–3 years • Working Hours: 12 hours/day

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Cutting Operator with hands-on experience in PU foam cutting. The candidate must be proficient in designing software, optimisation, and nesting to ensure maximum yield and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage CNC foam cutting machines safely and efficiently.

• Prepare cutting programs using design/nesting software.

• Optimise layouts for maximum material utilisation.

• Maintain machine settings, tool changes, and daily checklists.

• Coordinate with production and cutting supervisors for order planning.

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and minimal wastage.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience in CNC foam cutting.

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software, nesting tools, and optimisation techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of PU foam cutting standards
