CNC Engineer

About the role

To support CNC lathe/turning operations by programming, setting up, and optimizing turning machines, ensuring product quality, efficiency, safety, and timely delivery, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. In this full-time role based in Simpang Ampat, Penang, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art CNC machinery to ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet rigorous industry standards.

What you'll be doing

• Execute CNC turning operations according to production schedules.
• Program, set up, and optimize CNC lathe machines for turning operations.
• Monitor machining process, tool wear, and cycle time to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and coordinate with other teams for resolution.
• Ensure turning operations comply with ISO, customer, and technical specifications.
