CNC Grinder

Summary: We are looking for skilled and experienced CNC Grinders (Schleifer / Rster) to join a renowned metal and bearing manufacturing company based in Hessen, Germany. This role is critical to ensuring precision manufacturing through the operation and setup of CNC grinding machines in compliance with strict technical, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining high production accuracy, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to operational excellence within a dynamic, shift-based environment. Responsibilities: Set up, load, and operate CNC grinding machines with precision and consistency Conduct self-inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments Accurately record production data and monitor KPIs (IFS/FA/1h charts) Prepare detailed inspection reports and proactively address any deviations Perform routine machine maintenance and execute TPM cleaning procedures Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and production protocols Interpret and work from technical drawings and engineering specifications Demonstrate independence, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality output Operate effectively within a 3-shift system, including weekends and rotating schedules Requirements 35 years of hands-on experience in CNC grinding or precision machining Vocational training in machining or metalworking (Anabin H+ or equivalent) Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and precision High level of reliability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently Willingness and ability to work across all shifts, including weekends Language Requirements: German: B1B2 level (mandatory) Target Candidate Regions: India: Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru Vietnam: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City Philippines: Manila, Cebu, Davao Benefits Permanent employment contract in a stable German manufacturing company Paid training and onboarding for machine setup, measurement systems, and company procedures Overtime, night-shift and weekend allowances according to German labor law Paid annual leave (minimum 2430 days depending on company policy) Social security coverage (health insurance, pension, unemployment, accident insurance in Germany) Modern, safe working environment with advanced CNC grinding technology Opportunities for skill development and training in precision machining Protective workwear and safety equipment provided by the employer Support with relocation paperwork (work visa & job contract support)
