Designation: CNC HMC Operator CUM Setter

Reporting to: Sr. Manager –Production

Work location: Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram

Experience: 6-8 Years.

Job Description:

·      To Operate and set up CNC HMC 5 AXIS in Regular running parts and NPD.

·      To operate Machines and inspect the components as per control plan, Inspection reports.

·      Maintain Production Documents such as Production hourly monitoring, Route Card, Tool Life Monitoring, Daily Maintenance check list, etc.

·      Maintain Quality documents like in process inspection report, SPC Chart.

·      Maintaining 6S in work area.

Experience: 5-6 Years.

Qualification and Job Specification:

1.      DME (or) BE & Work as a setter 6 to 8 years must have experience in the DMG 5 HMC axis operating & setting.

2.      Able to run & setup individually in CNC 5 Axis HMC Heiden Hein & Siemens control machines.

3.      Able to create a programs in Machines (like using machine options)

4.      Able to Understand CMM reports and work accordingly.

5.      Able to read Engineering drawings GD&T.

6.      Basic Tooling Knowledge, Inserts, Grades & Cutting Parameters

7.      Knowledge about fixtures, work holding devices and methods.

8.      Able to operate External Tool Pre setter, Shrink fit machines, Spindle probes.

9.      Knowledge about measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, 2d height gauge etc.

10.  Knowledge about CNC Programming cycles understanding G Codes, M Code.

11.  Basic knowledge about Master CAM Programming in CNC VMC Optional.

12.  Knowledge about AS9100 & ISO 13485 Standards.
