The goal is to produce high quality parts to meet customer quality standards. An Operator will adhere to safety standards and ensure that the machine runs smoothly. The essential role of a CNC operator is to operate CNC machines, load and unload raw materials or partially finished goods, inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use drawings (blueprint), specs and instructions to operate CNC Machines. Maintain or exceed job production standard. Sustain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment. Perform parts inspection as per specifications. Document in process sheet. Verify proper tool usage. Organize materials, hardware, and tooling.
