CNC Lathe Machinist

The CNC Swiss Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Swiss-style lathe machines for the production of medical instruments and implants. This role includes part fabrication, deburring, inspection, and troubleshooting, as well as supporting new product introductions (NPI) through program debugging and setup optimization. The position requires proactive problem-solving to address production gaps, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality standards.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM




• *2nd -OR- 3rd shift: *Monday - Thursday (4:30pm - 3:00am -**OR- **7:30pm - 6:00am)




• Weekend Shift:** **Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; *work 36 hours get paid for 40!*




• 15% shift premium for ALL weekend and off-shift hours worked!
