  • Monday – Thursday: 4pm – 2:30am
    • Job Summary:
    Crown Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to set up and operate CNC lathes, run programs, and inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented operators with a strong understanding of machining and CNC programming.Essential Functions:
  • Read and interpret technical prints and specifications
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes with live tooling
  • Work with parts up to 24 in diameter and 125 in length
  • Make offsets and perform light program editing
  • Follow work orders and instructions accurately
