**Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe & Setup Operator for our 1st shift in Burlington, NC. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
**Responsibilities**
+ Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties.
+ Set up machinery and effectively monitor production.
+ Make required adjustments to machinery as necessary.
+ Conduct quality spot checks at set intervals.
+ Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work space.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read digital micrometers and calipers.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and knowledge of prints.
+ CNC mill or lathe operating experience.
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate technical degree preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail.
