CNC Lathe Programmer - Evening Shift
As a CNC Lathe Programmer, the work matters when it stretches you.
Machined components in exotic materials.
Tight tolerances where accuracy isn't optional.
Responsibility for your own inspection because quality sits with the engineer, not a separate department.
That's the day to day of this CNC Lathe Programmer role.
The evening shift is expanding, with four CNC Lathe Programmer positions across sliding head and CNC lathes. The work is varied, technical, and requires engineers who understand why precision matters, not just how to achieve it.
You'll be programming and machining components where tolerances are tight, materials are challenging, and standards are high. You'll measure using verniers, Thread mics , check, and sign off your own work, knowing it's right before it leaves the machine.
