Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines at our manufacturing facility in Malur, Kolar District. The role involves machine setup, production as per drawings, quality checks, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines (VMC / CNC Router / CNC Milling / CNC Cutting – as applicable)
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters as per production requirements
- Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform in-process quality checks using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
- Identify and report machine issues, tool wear, or defects to the supervisor
- Ensure production targets are met with minimal rejection and downtime
