**CNC Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift**
**Position Overview**
The CNC Machinist plays a key role in producing precision aerospace components using advanced CNC equipment in a high‑tech, team‑oriented environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively within a self-directed, high‑performance team.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Machining aerospace components using advanced CNC machinery while meeting strict quality and performance standards.
+ Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure all parts meet exact specifications.
+ Setting up and adjusting CNC equipment, including performing tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed.
+ Conducting in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, and other precision measurement tools.
