CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines in our Nashik facility. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for producing precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of machining principles, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a commitment to safety.Responsibilities:Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces according to job specifications and machine capabilities.Program Loading and Editing (Basic): Load pre-written programs into the CNC machine controller and make minor adjustments or offsets as needed.Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, turning, and grinding.Monitoring Machine Performance: Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and ensure they meet quality standards.Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand part specifications, tolerances, and machining sequences.Tool Management: Select, load, and change cutting tools as required, ensuring proper tool wear and reporting any issues.Machine Maintenanc
