**CNC Machine Operators - CNC Machinist**
**Location:** LaVergne, TN
**Schedule:** Sunday - Thursday, 11PM - 7AM (Training on first shift)
**Position Type:** Onsite
**Pay:** $22-26/hr.
**Job Overview**
A leading manufacturing client in LaVergne, TN is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain 3- and 4-axis periphery grinding machines. In this role, you will produce high-quality precision inserts in accordance with blueprint specifications, production targets, and safety procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate multiple CNC periphery grinding machines, including but not limited to Dom, Wendt, Combi, Leo, and Penta models.
+ Properly orient inserts prior to grinding; load/unload inserts across multiple machines efficiently and safely.
+ Accurately measure and gauge inserts, verify dimensions, and inspect for surface and edge quality.
+ Record inspection results and maintain production documentation.
