CNC Machine Programmer

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist with leadership experience who can program, set up, and operate both CNC and manual machines. This role is hands-on while also providing technical guidance, job planning, and day-to-day leadership on the shop floor. The ideal candidate can take parts from print to finished product and help keep work moving efficiently and correctly. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes Operate manual mills and lathes as needed Lead and support machinists with setups, troubleshooting, and best practices Plan jobs, prioritize work, and coordinate machine schedules Review prints, tolerances, and machining strategy before release to the floor Perform and oversee first-article, in-process, and final inspections Train and mentor machinists and operators Adjust offsets, tooling, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality and efficiency Communicate with management, engineering, and quality rega...
