CNC Machinist

The Job:

• Operate and set up CNC Spinner (Auto Lathe) machines.
• Perform CNC programming, setup, tooling, and offset adjustments. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Collaborate with the engineering , programming and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support operation of other CNC machines using Fanuc, Mazak and Siemens controls.
• Assist Diamond Turning Department when production when request.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and ASML specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and production records.

Pre-requisites:

• 'O' Level, Technical Certification or Diploma.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and trouble shooting in metal machining industry. Experience in handling auto lathe machine will be an added advantage. <...
