CNC Machinist

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years’ experience NOC 72100
• Accurately set up and operate a variety of machine tools including manual and CNC lathes and manual and CNC mills to manufacture, modify, and repair metal products.
• Skilled and precise in machining parts, and products to specifications using specialized machining tools.
• Control quality during the manufacturing process and make changes as necessary to avoid errors in the future.
• Capable of accurately calculating dimensions and tolerances with instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Skill, dexterity, and ability to monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines and tools to provide optimum operations efficiency
• Be able to adjust offsets on CNC Machines
• Must be able to meet Controlled Goods
