Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup & Troubleshoot CNC Mills and/or Lathes under minimal supervision. Layout new work including tooling selection and fixturing.Setup Machines and Supervise Operator(s) during production of lot.Have technical knowledge to troubleshoot manufacturing and production related issues.Work to tolerances of .0005″ or less.Use CAD, engineering drawings, or even back-of-napkin sketches to accurately and efficiently machine a high mix of prototype parts from a variety of materialsLight use of CAM software to create efficient and reliable toolpaths (GibbsCam or MasterCam preferred)Develop training for other team members to safely use equipment KEY REQUIREMENTS:
5+ Years of Setup Experience in a Precision CNC Environment.Proven Experience in similar role. WE OFFER:
