Responsibilities

  • Run Machine based on planning by leader/Supervisor.
  • Do Quality Control as per drawing.
  • Understand GD&T (Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Responsible in CNC machine setup for junior level CNC machinist to help eliminate non-conformance and machine down time.
  • Setup and operate 3-axis,4-axis CNC Machines to produce parts as per drawing and within specifications.
  • To communicate effectively with CNC Programmers , Supervisors and /or other CNC machinists during problem resolution and instruction.
  • Able to work rotating shift and Overtime.

Qualifications

  • As least 2 years experience in CNC Machinists Setter.
