Location: Avilla IndianaMonday-Thursday 6am-4pm

Job Summary
As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations, operating state-of-the-art CNC milling machines to produce precision wire components and products. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate a variety of wire products
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Closely monitor production processes and perform quality control checks to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions
This position is based in our manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other typical industrial environments. A flexible schedule, including the potential for overtime, may be required to meet production demands.

Compensation and Benefits
$23 per hour
