CNC Miller Setter Operator / Senior CNC Milling Operative
Poole, Dorset | Permanent | £17 per hour (DOE)
Are you an experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator looking for a long‑term, stable role within a precision engineering environment?
This opportunity offers autonomy, job security and progression, working with Heidenhain controls on high‑quality, low‑volume components.
This role would suit a CNC Miller who enjoys hands‑on machining, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident supporting workflow, quality and team development within a structured, methodical workshop.
Benefits:
£17 per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Early finish on Fridays
Flexible start times
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, including Christmas shutdown
Annual salary reviews and recognition awards
