Job Requirement

• Prepare milling machines for operation by installing and adjusting cutting tools, securing workpieces, and configuring machine settings based on job specifications and blueprints.
• Operate milling machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and shaping parts. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and ensure they are properly maintained and replaced when worn.
• Conduct inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to ensure they meet specifications.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure all parts produced meet or exceed quality standards. Record and report any deviations from quality standards.
