CNC Milling Programmer

To design and develop CNC programming for CNC milling machines.

To work on the First Article Introduction (FAI) project and jig & fixture design.

To prepare and maintain all CAM files for the machining process.

To verify the dimensional and cosmetic specifications of the workpiece using allocated measuring equipment according to technical drawing.

Conduct continuous improvement plans on CNC programming to optimize process cycle time and quality.

To support the production department in troubleshooting technical issues during mass production and improve the CNC program if necessary.

Job Requirements

At least 6 years of working experience in precision engineering.

Must be familiar with MASTERCAM/SOLIDWORKS.

Experienced in CNC milling machines and knowledge of GD&T are added advantage.

Familiar with Fanuc Robodrill milling machines; if experienced in Mazak Horizontal Milling Machine would be added advantage.
