Job Description Job Description Job Summary The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating 6-spindle Index machines to produce precision parts in accordance with blueprints and work orders. This role focuses on running established setups, monitoring machine performance, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining accurate production and inspection records while adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate 6-spindle Index machines after setup is complete Review blueprints and work orders to understand part specifications Load raw material and bar stock into machines Start machines and monitor operations to ensure consistent performance Measure parts to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications Perform visual inspections to identify defects or non-conforming parts Change tooling and adjust offsets as required during production Identify, segregate, and move non-conforming parts to designated scrap bins Enter required production and inspection data into SPC s...
