Overview

We are currently representing a very prestigious precision engineering organisation, specialising within the motorsport industry in their search for a skilled CNC Machinist based around Bognor Regis. The role involves working on high-precision projects, focusing on CNC milling, 5-axis machining, and advanced materials such as carbon fiber. The position offers an hourly rate of £18‑£22, 20 days annual leave, and overtime paid at 1.5× the standard rate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for high-precision component production.
• Program, edit, and optimise machining processes using Heidenhain controls.
• Work with advanced materials like carbon fibre to create components for motorsport.
