Job Description Job Description Position Summary: Prepares and operates computer numerical control machines. Follows provided operational instructions for the machine and part processes. Responsible for the proper loading of parts and materials. Responsible for in-process inspections and may require finessing. Responsible for accurate entries into ERP system. Manufactures parts to required quantity. Maintains a properly 5S work area and supports machine maintenance as required. Responsible for providing relevant feedback timely and accurately to managers and machinists. Monitors machine operation and display readouts to detect malfunctions. Compares display data to specifications and notifies supervisor of machine malfunctions. Inspects and measures parts to verify conformance to specifications.
