Job Description Job Description Now hiring a CNC Operator for a manufacturing company in Akron for 1st shift, 6am – 2:30pm. Monday – Friday Weekly pay starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime hours: 6am – 4pm, Monday – Friday and 6am – 11am Saturday. The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machines parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine. Job Duties: Operate programmed machinery to change, load/unload, and produce parts to specified design. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. Inspect items as instructed and provide feedback to management to ensure quality. Inspect parts per blueprint as instructed. Monitor and maintain lubrication and coolant levels. Any other task requested by a supervisor. Requirements: Ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints. Ability to perform basic math. Excellent attention to detail.
