This role focuses on basic setup and operation of CNC mills and turning centers producing precision components. The shop is predominantly OKUMA , with a mix of vertical and horizontal machining centers (3-axis through 5-axis) , as well as turning centers equipped with sub-spindles, dual turrets, live tooling, and Y-axis . There is also exposure to multi-tasking machines with B-axis heads , Swiss machines (Tsugami and Tornos) , and Seibu Wire EDM , depending on workload and shift.
