Job Description
**Aerotek is hiring CNC Operator**
**1st and 2nd shift**
**Pay: $20 to $23 hr**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC mills and ensure precise production.
+ Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
+ Maintain tolerances, including those in the negatives.
+ Change out broken tooling and adjust machine offsets.
+ Set up and tear down CNC machines efficiently.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
+ Run up to three machines simultaneously.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-3 years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficient in CNC machining and mill operation.
+ Strong quality assurance experience in a medical device or similar field.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
+ Familiarity with blueprint reading and measurement tools.
