We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of CNC machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality parts in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC machine tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on CNC machines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
