CNC Operator

Job Description Job Description Set-up, program and operate CNC machines. The department is structured as a formal team and requires the ability to work within the team. Maintain required SPC log and assure compliance Monitor and operate CNC mills and Wire EDMs Responsible for all changeovers Read and interpret blueprints Make general decisions as to quality, tolerance and operation sequence Complete quality charts, traceability forms and MRP forms accurately Practice proper lockout/tagout procedures. Operates other machinery and equipment as needed. Maintains a clean and safe working area. Perform various visual and/or manual activities to inspect or verify the accuracy of a part.
