CNC OPERATOR FOR EUROPE

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years experience as a CNC machine operator.
• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
• Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.
• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Proven experience in CNC machine operation with a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years in a similar role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machine operations accurately.
• Proficient in communication skills to effectively liaise with other team members and management.
• Capability in CNC operation, ensuring machine setup and running within specified tolerances and guidelines.
• Experience in CNC programming to enhance or modify existing machine instructions for improved efficiency.
• Competence in CNC mill operations, focusing on precision and quality in production tasks.
• Attention to detail to identify potential issues with machinery or resulting products, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
• Must possess a basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
