Job Description Job Description Summary The CNC Machine Operator sets up and operates CNC machinery to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. This position involves loading parts, running production cycles, detecting machine malfunctions (including tooling issues), maintaining documentation, and keeping a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform assigned machine shop operations Load materials and cycle CNC equipment for production runs Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, sanding, deburring, and sawing tasks Inspect machined products and record results Complete production paperwork accurately Assist in related fabrication tasks such as lay-up, infiltration, furnace operation, and sand blasting Communicate with team members regarding production needs Skills & Competencies Communication proficiency Basic math skills Mechanical aptit...
