This role is based within our Mould Shop and is responsible for delivering high quality equipment to the Production team in a safe and time conscious manner.
Responsibilities:
Operate and manage Computerised Numerical Control (CNC)Perform manual and programming for CNC machines to produce high-quality components.Set up machines, including tooling, workholding devices, and cutting parameters, to ensure optimal performance.Monitor machining processes, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to produce parts to specification.Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs.Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.Operate CNC lathes when required, demonstrating versatility ...
