Job Description Job Description CNC Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team, responsible for overseeing CNC Lathes and Mills in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of a line of CNC machines, perform quality checks, and carry out routine maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Run and monitor a line of 3-5 CNC machines. Make necessary offsets and adjustments as required. Perform quality checks on parts using a plug gauge, micrometer, and calipers. Conduct daily preventative maintenance, including basic cleaning, changing coolant/oil, and greasing. Handle minor tool changes such as changing an insert or bar in a lathe. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year of CNC operating experience. 1 year of experience with quality tools including calipers and micrometers. 1 year of experience performing offsets and adjustments.
