This role involves operating, setting up, and programming CNC equipment to produce high quality components to exact specifications. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically skilled, and committed to accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi axis equipment). Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G code, CAM software, or machine controls. Perform offsets, tool changes, fixture adjustments, and precision measurements. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
