Job Description

Primary Objective

To operate CNC machines accurately and efficiently, manage CNC programs generated from Pytha designs, and ensure smooth transition from design to production with minimal errors, wastage, and delays.

Key Responsibilities

  1. CNC Machine Operations

    • Operate CNC router for cabinet components, doors, panels, and related parts.
    • Load, set up, and run CNC programs accurately.
    • Monitor machine performance, cutting quality, and tolerances.
    • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments.
    • Ensure correct tool selection, offsets, and nesting efficiency.

  2. 2. CNC Program Management

    • Receive CNC files from Pytha / design team.
    • Verify correct material thickness.
    • Verify correct edging allowance.
    • Verify correct drilling positions.
    • Verify correct part labeling.
    • Edit or fine-tune CNC programs if needed....
