Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (overtime as needed)
Pay: $20+/hour depending on experience

A growing manufacturer in the Marion area is seeking a dependable CNC Production Technician to support machining operations for a variety of custom metal components. This role involves operating both CNC lathes and CNC milling machines in a dynamic, job-shop environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment (lathe and mill)
• Load raw materials, set tooling, and verify machine readiness
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and work instructions
