CNC Programmer

Fortis Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a precision engineering company to secure a CNC programmer to join the engineering team. The company is based in the Biggin Hill area and services customers in highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, defence and aerospace.

The successful CNC programmer will have experience with Siemens Shopmill 828D or Heidenhain and be able to competently program. You will also conduct some self‑inspection as well as other housekeeping duties.

Key Requirements

• Experience programming CNC milling machines
• Have programmed with Siemens Shopmill 828D or Heidenhain
• Have worked to tight tolerances

Hours are Monday - Thursday 0700 - 1530 and Friday 0700 - 1230 (37.5 hrs)

The pay is £35-40k (£17.94 - £20.51/hr)
