CNC Programmer

Were hiring a CNC Programmer to develop, prove out, and optimize CNC programs for 4-axis milling and large, complex VTL turning. This role is hands-on and shop-focusedsuccess here is about strong machining fundamentals across multiple axes, smart tooling strategy, and tight collaboration with operators. Youll program from prints, sketches, and SolidWorks models, working with Mastercam or NX and Fanuc controls. Aerospace experience is preferred, and you must be comfortable machining hard alloys (stainless, Inconel, similar).
