This is a newly created position and a unique opportunity to join a well-established organization with a rich history and strong reputation in the community. You will work with a variety of equipment and machinery, program multi-axis lathes, and lead process improvement initiatives. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $85,000-95,000 per year plus quarterly bonuses and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.
