CNC Programmer Engineer (Machining) / Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to FA Machining Specialists and Machining Specialists.
• Review and study new blueprints during the Contract Review stage of RFQs with the Sales team to determine suitable machining processes, jigs, fixtures, and special form tools required for part fabrication.
• Raise Technical Inquiries (TQ) to the Sales team when clarification or additional technical input is required based on blueprint review.
• Define and establish appropriate process flows to ensure parts are fabricated in full compliance with blueprint specifications.
• Design and prepare tooling, jigs, and fixtures required for FA and production stages.
• Develop and prepare CNC programs for FA parts.
• Ensure FA parts are manufactured according to blueprint specifications and quality requirements.
