Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop CNC machine programs, fixtures, and tooling solutions for our plant floor. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production management personnel and fellow CNC programmers to address production needs and projects effectively. Responsibilities Program multiple CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and design models. Specify the machining process and select appropriate cutting tools for each job. Design and/or build setups and fixturing for parts. Create comprehensive documentation for machine operators to follow. Prove out current and new programs directly at the machine. Inspect parts visually and mechanically to ensure conformance to print and process dimensions. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process. Conduct quality control tests on parts.
