We require a CNC programmer who is an expert in making Autocad 2D programs on CNC 

We are standard die parts manufacturer of press sheet metal components . must know 2D programming

must be able to set program on CNC

must know to handle ATC.rocess planning for critical parts i.e. core cavity of Moulds, Die casting dies. Press tool

CNC machine controller Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain

Inspection report and job card

Daily machine priorities.

Daily production reports.

Maintain records for machine idle hours.

Shift arrangement.

Provide set up sheet for all machines.

Point op (daily work of operator record).

Program sheet soft copy.

Daily production meeting.

Provide tooling for all machines.
