Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling, turning, and multi spindle machines.Determine tooling, workholding, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies for new and existing parts.Support setup personnel during machine setups, first-piece validation, and troubleshooting.Lead or contribute to process improvement projects aimed at reducing cycle time, improving quality, and increasing machine utilization.Coordinate machining activities across multiple machines and operators to maintain workflow and meet production schedules.Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications to ensure accurate part production.Conduct root-cause analysis for machining issues and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate documentation for programs, revisions, and processes.Essential Skills
