Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines using Mastercam to produce precision components. Utilize Veri cut software to simulate and verify toolpaths, ensuring accuracy and safety. Develop and optimize machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with engineers and machinists to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production standards. Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and tooling requirements. Requirements: + years of CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam. Hands-on experience with Veri cut for toolpath verification.
