Your main responsibilities include:- Setting up, adjusting machines and new watch products- Fine adjustments and settings on Crevoisier machines and (grinding, etc.)- Continuously improving existing processes (quality, pace, repeatability)- Analyzing malfunctions and proposing solutions in close collaboration with production, quality, and methodsYour profile:- Technical training (CFC, ES or equivalent) in micromechanics or a related field- Confirmed experience in setting up machines- Good knowledge of Crevoisier machines- Analytical skills, rigor, and attenti...
