CNC Programmer

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Generate machining programs with G and M code; and modify existing ones to increase efficiency.
- Create Work Instructions, Route Sheets and Process Sheets for Operators
- Choose the vital cutting tools.
- Analyze and select speeds and cutting tools to program them.
- Validate first run of the CNC program.
- Identify, control and support CNC programs to start or continue the production of parts.
- Register programs in CNC machines to start or continue with the production of parts.
- Perform rework on non-conforming parts.
- Be part of the search, analysis and selection process of CNC equipment for the creation of ARs.
- Fixing production processes, fixtures, tools or equipment using Lean, Kaizen and/or Continuous Improvement tools.**Who You Are**:
