CNC Programmer

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Create CNC programs for 5-axis VMC and Multi-Tasking Turn/Mill machines utilizing TopSolid CAD/CAM software. Create digital setup sheets and tool lists inside ProShop ERP software Design custom fixturing and work holding for parts during machining and Design custom fixture for holding parts during CMM inspection, 3D printed Collaborate in planning meeting with other programmers and quality personnel on new part Qualifications: 5 years of machining and programming experience, preferably with some Aerospace or Medical industry experience. Interest in learning TopSolid CAD/CAM Software. Will train internally. Ability to Interpret customer supplied prints for materials, tolerances/GD&T, finishing notes, and hardware assembly Ability to review, validate and clean solid models prior to CNC programming Competency with MS Office 365 Must be collaborative minded and have a calm, professional attitude Must be willing to take directives from depar...
