:Join one of our manufacturing plants in Łódź as part of our Engineering Team. As CNC Programmer - Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for improving production processes and optimizing existing technologies, as well as developing new machining solutions for CNC equipment.
How you’ll make an impact
Drive continuous improvement of machining processes and tooling with a focus on safety, quality, and cost optimization.
Identify issues and implement preventive solutions.
Program CNC machines to ensure efficient and precise operations.
Create and maintain technological documentation.
Oversee and monitor the execution of technological processes.
Track and analyze production performance indicators for assigned processes.
