CNC Programmer

Mission

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the offline programming, simulation, and optimization for the facility's new Turn-Mill CNC machinery. Utilizing high-end CAM software, you will be responsible for developing efficient, collision-free toolpaths and robust machining strategies to ensure high-precision parts meet stringent engineering specifications from the very first article.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Advanced CAM Programming (SolidCAM & Hypermill)

  Multi-Axis Programming: Develop complex 5-axis and multi-tasking turn-mill programs using SolidCAM or Hypermill.

• Strategy Optimization

  Design and implement advanced machining strategies (e.g., trochoidal milling, barrel finishing) to reduce cycle times and improve surface finishes.

• Post-Processor Validation
